Delicious place. I love thier Bahn mi. My wife loves the pho. Very friendly staff. Place can get busy with limited seating so I suggest you not go during lunch or dinner rush.

Great Bon Bo Hue, one of the best in MN. The athmosphere was excellent, the service needs some improvements. There was some Rush maybe that was the poor service. But the food was delicious. Highly recommended.

All the food I’ve tried here is amazing… The pho is top notch, I love the Banh mi especially the pork ones. The service is great and always friendly, and the atmosphere was inviting… I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to get some good food, especially the Pho.

Incredibly fast service. Super tasty food and huge portions for the price. Had chicken lo mein and well done beef pho. Highly recommend both

The Eggrolls were amazing and the pho tasted amazing even without the seasoning. I love every bite of the egg roll especially with the sauce it was amazing. My dad said the spring rolls were pretty good.

The food is some of the best pho and Vietnamese food I've had. It's authentic, flavorful, and the customer service is nice. The menu has a variety of things to choose from as well. Bonus: it's right next door to a boba and fresh juice shop.

Ordered the Bun bo Hue. Had a bit of fish broth providing a lot of umami. The hocks were cooked just right, melt in your mouth but not melted. They perfected the texture to that of the well done flank. Great synergy. The thicker noodles were thinner than most places which I appreciated. The fixings were fresh. Only came with 2 pieces jalapeno, 1 lime, sprouts and a holy basil. Good amount for me though. Not spicy, had to add my own seasoning. I would have this again but replace with the normal pho noodle. Spice in container is capsaicin powder with ghost pepper, carolina reaper and some bird's-eye.

A hidden gem in Blaine off of 125th & Aberdeen. They share the area with Mia & More (juice bar) and a dance studio. Parking is limited and crowded on a Tuesday afternoon at 1PM. I ordered spring roll and bun thit nuong cha gio (Vietnamese rice noodle salad with grilled pork and egg rolls) for takeout. Both dish was delicious. The peanut sauce for the spring roll was good. Unsure if they put sriracha, because it had a hint of spiciness, which is OK. The bun was gigantic and had a weight to it despite my pickiness and eliminated the daikon, carrots, and lettuce. Everything was made fresh. The fish sauce for the bun was perfect. The service was fast too. I placed the order as I left the gym in Fridley. I drove on Central Ave/65 and by the time I arrived, my order was ready. The interior looked busy when I arrived. Overall, I would eat here again.

Great food! Just moved to the area and have been trying many restaurants. This is by far one of my favorites. I had the pork egg rolls and vegetable lo mein for a pick up order. Service was nice and quick. The egg rolls tasted delicious and were perfectly crunchy. Lo mein was well seasoned and the vegetables were cooked just right. I am looking forward to my next meal here. Would definitely recommend giving this place a try.

Definitely coming here again for pho. Portions are great and the broth was really good. It hit the spot for me on a cold rainy day. Even though it was busy the place was still calm and quiet, which I enjoyed a lot.
